Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Stinging Nettle Root (Urtica dioica L.) 250mg (Equivalent to 3000mg dried root Standardized to contain 0.80% Sterols as Beta Sitosterol). Non-Medicinal Ingredients: White Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica.
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adult Male Dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily.
