Each capsule contains: Melatonin 3mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Rice Flour, Capsule (hypromellose, water).
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adults Only Dosage: Take 1-3 capsules daily, at or before bedtime. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a health care practitioner. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
Caution
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, or other medications or natural health products with sedativeproperties is not recommended. If symptoms persist for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner.
