Each capsule contains: GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) 500 mg Vitamin B6 (as Pyridixine Hydrochloride) 2 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule (hypromellose, water), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica.
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2 or 3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.
