Each softgel contains: Organic Flax Oil (Linum usitatissimum) (Seed) 1000mg, Active Fatty Acids: Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Alpha-Linolenic Acid) 550mg, Omega-6 Fatty Acids (Linoleic Acid) 140 mg, Omega-9 Fatty Acids (Oleic Acid) 190mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water, organic caramel colour).
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adult Dosage: Take 3 Softgels 2-3 times daily with meals.
