Each tablet contains: Brewer's Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 650mg Providing: Thiamine 23.35mcg, Riboflavin 21.45mcg, Niacin 39.65mcg, Pantothenic Acid 427.7mcg, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine) 26mcg, Biotin 0.5785mcg, Folic Acid 1.4625mcg, Vitamin B12 (as cobalamin) 5.59mcg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hyprolose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
