Each softgel contains: Black Currant Oil (Ribes nigrum) (Seed).. 500mg Providing: Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA)..70 mg, Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA)...52.5 mg. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Softgel (gelatin, glycerin, water).
Suggested Usage and Storage
Adult Dosage: Take 2 softgels 3 times daily with meals.
